    • Pay in full Total Contract Price amount within 30 days

    • No downpayment.
    • Full VAT due 30 days after Reservation.
    • Pay full amount of Total Contract Price in 18 equal monthly installment without interest.

  • Bank Financing
    • 20% downpayment payable in 18 monthly installment after Reservation.
    • 70% of the Net Total Contract Price is due 18 months after Reservation.
    • Misc Fees paid in separately.
    • Developer will process your bank loan application. Just provide all required documents within 30 days.
  1. Reservation Fees – amount of Reservation Fees (RF) will depend on Total Contract Price amount:
  • Reservation Fee is Php 20,000.00 for House Models.
  • Reservation Fee (RF) is part of downpayment and valid for 30 days only.
  • To avoid cancellation of RF after 30 days, Buyer must contact Developer’s office before Reservation Fee expires.
  1. Loan Terms
  • Bank Financing
    • Maximum term is 15 yrs for OFW and 20 yrs. for locally employed.
    • Indicative interest rate is 8% per year.
    • However, prevailing interest rate will apply upon loan take-out.
    • Loan term will depend on Buyer’s age, work status and capacity to pay.
    • In case Buyer will not be approved for Bank Financing for whatever reason, In-House financing scheme will automatically be applied.
  1. Start of Payment
  • Downpayment (for Bank financing) – 30 days after reservation date.
  • Amortization (for Bank financing) – after loan take-out.
  • All payments must be made in favor of the developer.
